These terms govern your use of the Hamerion website and the Hamerion AI Customer Operations Platform (together, the “Service”), operated by Hamerion Echovera Limited (“Hamerion”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

The Service

Hamerion provides an AI Customer Operations Platform that lets a business connect messaging channels so an AI agent can receive and respond to messages from the business's customers. The product is being actively developed, and features may change, be added, or be withdrawn as it evolves.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
• disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• violate the terms or policies of any connected channel, including Meta's Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

Your responsibilities

If you connect a channel and use Hamerion to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for the data you send to us and for having any consent or legal basis required to process your customers' data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the Hamerion name, brand, software, and content, is owned by Hamerion and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to use our brand or content except as needed to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated responses can contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hamerion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
